There are three reports available: the Medicare Spending Report, the Resource Allocation Report, and the Patient Experience Report. The Medicare Spending Report gives spending per Medicare patient during the last two years of life according to the location where care was most often delivered. The Resource Allocation Report gives resource inputs per 1,000 Medicare patients during the last two years of life. The Patient Experience Report compares care intensity during the last six months of life and average co-payments at the chosen hospitals.
